Size 1 is the most common filter bag in industry: 7″ diameter × 16.5″ long, 2.2 square feet of media, good for about 90 GPM in clean water service. If you have a single-bag housing on a small process loop, this is almost certainly the bag in it.

Fits
Size 1 bags fit standard #1 bag housings from Eaton, Rosedale, FSI/Pall, Parker, Hayward, Strainrite, and most other manufacturers — the size standard is universal even though every brand names it differently. Cross-referencing a part number? Start at the cross-reference guide.
Size 1 vs Size 2
Both share the same 7″ ring — a size 2 is simply twice as long (32″) with about twice the area and flow capacity. If your bags load up faster than you’d like and the housing basket is the long style, moving to size 2 doubles the service life for the same change-out labor.
