Tie-On Filter Bags

Tie-on filter bags secure over a pipe outlet, standpipe, or fitting with an integral tie — no ring, no housing required. They’re the simple, right-sized answer for open-tank filling, drum filling, gravity straining, and anywhere a full bag housing is overkill.

Typical Uses

• Straining product into open tanks, totes, and drums
• Catching solids at a transfer-hose outlet
• Gravity filtration in food, beverage, and chemical batching
• Temporary filtration during line flushes and startups

Options

Any of our media — felt (1–200 µm), nylon or polyester mesh (35–800 µm), FDA-grade variants — cut and sewn to your dimensions with sewn-in ties. Drawstring tops available as an alternative closure. Because every tie-on bag is made to order in our plant, odd sizes and small quantities are routine, not a problem.
